1-3 – Price
Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT is always included. Prices shown include only strictly mentioned services in the booking. 2 – Special provisions out promotions
These terms and conditions are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Montpellier.
2-1 – Booking conditions
To guarantee the booking, the customer is asked to fill his credit card number, by secure mode. Pets are not accepted.
The reservation is firm and final upon receipt of confirmation sent to the customer by Auberge de Val Mourèze.
Full payment of the stay is made directly with the hotel.
At some reservations, a deposit may be required to secure booking. The deposit is payable within issued when booking directly to the hotel. Two deposit payment methods are possible : ither by check payable to the hotel and sent directly to the hotel , or by credit card. In this case, he booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of deposit by the hotel, on time. he payment of the balance of the stay will be carried out on site with the hotel.

2-2 – Changing a booking
Any request to change a booking must be made as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the stay , subject to refusal by the Hotel.

In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to host guests in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any Tariff .
3 – Specific conditions for promotional offers
3 – 1 – Booking conditions
Special offers and promotional fares are valid only on the website www.aubergedevalmoureze.com, ubject to availability of rooms allocated to each operation. Offers can not be combined with any other promotional offer in progress. All prices are in Euros. They are indicative and are subject to change without notice. hey do not include the local tax (of 01/06 to 30/09).
Here it is expressly stipulated that in the context of promotions the hotel will charge the total amount when booking.
In case of no-show, the total amount is retained by the hotelier without the customer being entitled to any refund.. For a minimum stay of 2 nights, n case of no-show on the first day of the stay, the hotel is no longer required to keep the room for the remainder of the stay.
3-2 – Changing a booking
Dates of the stay, duration of stay, and the characteristics of the stay (room type , number of people, number of rooms booked, breakfast... ) can not be changed once the reservation is made .
If modified , the total amount is retained by the hotelier without the customer being entitled to any refund..
3-3 – Cancellation
In case of guarantee by credit card, the cancellation period without charge is 2 days before date of arrival (48 hours ) in low season 7 days in high season.
The conditions of cancellation are the following, , depending on the length of stay,

Cancellation 2 days before date of arrival : 1 night
Cancellation 1 day before the arrival date : Up to 2 nights
Cancellation on the day of arrival : Up to 3 nights
No presentation : The entire stay
High season (June, July August, September, Easter weekend, Ascension day, Pentecost, 1 May, 8 May)
Cancellation 7 days before date of arrival : 1 night
Cancellation 6 days before date of arrival : Up to 2 nights
Cancellation 5 days before date of arrival : Up to 3 nights
Cancellation 4 days before date of arrival : Up to 4 nights
Cancellation 3 days before date of arrival : Up to 5 nights
Cancellation 2 days before date of arrival : Up to 6 nights
Cancellation 1 day before the arrival date : Up to 7 nights
Cancellation on the day of arrival : Up to : 8 nights
No presentation : The entire stay
If guaranteed by a deposit , regardless of the time of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
